Butter Pecan Cookies

1 (18.25 ounce) box butter pecan cake mix
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 cup cooking oil
1 egg
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls and place on lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes and let them cool on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes before removing them. They will be a little soft on top when you remove them from the oven, but will finish cooking as they cool.
