Sweet and Sour ChickenSource: Jan Taylor 1 (2 1/2 to 3 pound) fryer, cut up Put chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish. Mix dressing, soup mix, preserves and a small amount of water. Pour mixture over chicken and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Makes 4 servings. |
