Homebaked Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli with Rice

2 bags Success White Rice
1 1/2 cups cubed Light Velveeta cheese
1/4 cup low-fat milk
2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
2 cups steamed broccoli florets
Toasted bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Prepare rice according to package directions. Fold cheese into hot rice and stir to melt cheese. Add milk and blend well. Fold in chicken and broccoli. Pour into a 2-quart oven proof casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 10 minutes and serve.

Serves 4.
