Glorified Chicken

2 tablespoons oil
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

In skillet in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned. Spoon off fat.

Stir in soup and thyme. Reduce heat to low. Cover, and simmer 35 minutes or until chicken is fork tender, stirring occasionally.
