Upside Down Ham Casserole

3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion
1 1/3 cups Minute rice
4 servings ham slices (1/4-inch thick)
2 1/2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons melted butter
4 slices canned pineapple
1 cup milk
1 cup water

Combine the brown sugar with melted butter; pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Cover bottom of pan with the pineapple and ham. Place pan in oven heated to 400 degrees F while preparing mixture.

Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread rice mixture over pineapple and ham. Cover and bake 10 minutes. Invert on serving dish.
