Oreo Muffins

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1/4 cup butter, melted
20 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside.

In small bowl, combine milk, sour cream and egg; stir into flour mixture with butter until just blended. Gently stir in cookies. Spoon batter into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin cups.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Serve warm or cold.

Makes 1 dozen.
