Cinnabons for the Bread Machine

Source: Jan Taylor

Dough Cycle
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
4 tablespoons melted butter
7 tablespoons water
1/2 (3.4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Filling
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Frosting
1 tablespoon milk
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon almond extract
Add more milk to desired consistency

Prepare the dough on the DOUGH cycle of your machine. At the end of the cycle, remove from the machine and let rest for 10 minutes.

Roll dough to 17 x 10 inches.

Combine first three filling ingredients and mix well. Heat in microwave 10 seconds to make it spreadable. Spread over rolled out dough with rubber spatula. Get as close to the edges as possible.Starting with widest end, roll the dough into a tight log. With a very sharp knife, cut into 1/2-1" slices. Place in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish with sides. Put in warm draft free place. (I turn my oven to WARM for 5 minutes, TURN IT OFF, then put the rolls in) and allow them to rise until double. They should be nice and big.

Take them out and heat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 15-20 minutes. When the rolls are done, top with frosting of your choice.
