Spanish Beef and RiceSource: Jan Taylor 3/4 pound lean ground beef In skillet over medium-heat, cook beef, onion and pepper until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Add broth, tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until rice is done. |
