Salisbury SteakSource: Jan Taylor 1 pound ground beef Mix thoroughly beef, stuffing, onion and egg. Shape firmly into 4 patties, 1/2-inch thick. Heat oil in skillet. Add patties and cook until browned. Pour off fat. Add gravy and mushrooms. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. |
