Pork Chops and Biscuit Stuffing

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon pepper
2 (10 ounce) cans biscuits, separated and
    shredded into small pieces
1 cup parsley, chopped
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
6 to 8 boneless pork chops

Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with pork chops (season chops to taste).

Combine soup, parsley, onion, egg, pepper and poultry seasoning in a large bowl. Add shredded biscuit pieces to mixture and spoon evenly over pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 55 minutes.
