Homestyle Pot Roast

1 large size Reynolds Oven Bag
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup water
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
1 (3 to 4 pound) rump roast
4 medium red potatoes, cut into quarters
1 medium onion, cut into quarters
1 package peeled baby carrots
Chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Shake flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan. Add water and Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix to oven bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Add beef to bag. Turn bag tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in pan. Bake 2 hours until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Sprinkle with parsley before serving, if desired.
