Barbecued Meat Loaf

1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 cup water
2/3 cup barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/3 cup barbecue sauce.

In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, shape into loaf. Top with reserved barbecue sauce.

Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
