Serves 4.
2 cups egg nog
6 egg yolks
1/3 cup granulated sugar plus 1 tablespoon to
sprinkle on top for caramelizing
Whip together the above three ingredients a pour into the crème brulee molds. Place in a water bath and back at 350 degrees F until set (about 45 minutes).
Cool in the refrigerator, then sprinkle an even coat of sugar on each one. Burn with a torch until golden brown or use a top broiler on high with the rack all the way up.
