Marshmallow PeepsŪ in a Cloud

Marshmallow PeepsŪ
Rolled sugar cookie dough
Vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream
Hot fudge sauce

Take rolled sugar cookie dough and make 1/4-inch slices. Place slices into muffin pans and bake in a 375 degree F oven until light brown. Remove from oven and spoon hot fudge sauce over the cookies. Place one PEEPSŪ on top of each cookie. Return the pan to the oven. Remove when PEEPSŪ are soft.

Immediately cover with ice cream and whipped cream cream and top with a PEEPSŪ chick!
