Oranges Piquante

Large oranges or canned mandarin oranges, drained
Orange marmalade (not bitter kind)
Sour cream
Finely chopped crystallized ginger, optional

If fresh oranges are used, peel and section, removing all membranes. Whether you use fresh or canned, chill oranges until icy cold. Arrange in individual dishes.

Just before serving, melt marmalade. Spoon over oranges and top with sour cream. Garnish with ginger.
