Green Grapes with Brandied Honey

1 pound Thompson seedless grapes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons brandy
Sour cream

Wash grapes and pull off all stems. Grapes will measure about 2 1/2 cups.

Mix lemon juice, honey and brandy and pour over grapes. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.

Just before serving, top with a spoonful of sour cream.

Serves 4.
