Fruit with Amaretto Cream

1 1/2 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups fresh fruit

Prepare at least 2 hours before serving.

In small mixing bowl combine Amaretto and brown sugar. Add sour cream and mix well. Stir occasionally to dissolve brown sugar.

Put fruit into sherbet glasses or small souffle dishes. Drizzle with sauce.

This is especially good with strawberries, blueberries and green grapes.
