Burned Fish1 teaspoon garlic powder Combine first 6 ingredients in a jar and shake well. Rub mixture into each fillet. Lightly coat heavy skillet with cooking spray, and oil, and heat to smoking. Place fillets in skillet, leaving a small space between them. Brown on both sides ("Burn") and serve immediately. Makes 4 serving |
