Salmon Croquettes1 (14.75 ounce) can pink salmon In medium bowl, mash salmon. Add eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Crumble saltine crackers (enough to absorb moisture). Cover bottom of skillet with cooking oil; heat. Make meatball-size rounds of salmon. Brown all over, turning often. Add more oil when needed. |
