Poached Salmon

1 (1 pound) salmon fillet
3/4 cup orange juice or apple cider
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Place the salmon fillet in a crockpot. Add the juice or cider; sprinkle with the soy sauce and the garlic. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.

Serve warm with sauce spooned over top.
