Speedy Swedish Meatballs

Serves 4.

1 pound frozen meatballs, thawed
1 (1.5 ounce) package Swedish meatball gravy mix
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 (8 ounce) package broad egg noodles

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and spray with Pam. Over high heat, brown meatballs evenly. After all meatballs are brown, lower heat and cover.

In a small saucepan, prepare gravy according to package instructions, using the 1 cup milk rather than water. Stir until smooth; add celery seed. Pour gravy over meatballs and continue to simmer for approximately 10 minutes.

Boil egg noodles according to package instructions. Place bed of noodles onto each plate, then top with meatballs and gravy mixture.
