Chiles Rellenos

Canned whole green chiles
Eggroll wrappers
Monterey jack cheese or pepper jack cheese (my preference)

Place thick slice of cheese inside a chile and wrap in eggroll; fry until golden crispy. Cover with green chili sauce if you like.
