Easy Cheesy Chile Rellenos

1 can whole green chiles
8 ounces pepper jack cheese, cut into 1/2 x 1/2-inch strips
1 to 2 packages egg roll wrappers

Simply take 1 chile and slide 1 strip of cheese inside, then roll up in an egg roll wrapper. Fry until golden brown.

Can serve smothered in green chili sauce or eat just like this. You can also substitute the pepper jack cheese with Monterey jack if you prefer milder.
