Hot Salsa

4 firm tomatoes, diced
1/2 sweet onion, diced
2 jalapenos, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup vinegar

Mix ingredients together. Use a blender if you prefer a smooth salsa. Refrigerate in glass jar with lid.

NOTE: For medium-hot salsa, use 1 jalapeno pepper and 1 diced green bell pepper.
