Fruity Tapioca1/2 cup small pearl tapioca Cover tapioca with water to moisten. Bring 4 cups water to boil. Add tapioca and cook until clear. Mix together a pinch of salt, gelatin and sugar. When tapioca is clear, add gelatin mixture and cool. Add drained fruit cocktail and refrigerate until served. |
