Fruity Tapioca

1/2 cup small pearl tapioca
4 cups water
1 small box strawberry gelatin
1 cup granulated sugar

Cover tapioca with water to moisten. Bring 4 cups water to boil. Add tapioca and cook until clear. Mix together a pinch of salt, gelatin and sugar. When tapioca is clear, add gelatin mixture and cool. Add drained fruit cocktail and refrigerate until served.
