Brown Sugar Tapioca Dessert

1/2 cups pearl tapioca
2 cups brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
1/2 cups nuts
Miniature marshmallows

Soak 1/2 cup pearl tapioca in 3 cups water overnight.

Pour one cup water off tapioca and add one cup pineapple juice. Add brown sugar and cook in double boiler until tapioca is transparent. Cool.

Fold in crushed pineapple, nuts and marshmallows.
