Gin and Grapefruit Sorbet1 (16 ounce) can grapefruit segments Drain can juice into a 2-cup measure. Add water to make 1 1/2 cups. Pour into a small saucepan. Add 1/2 cup sugar and boil 5 minutes. Cool. Add gin and grapefruit segments. Stir to break up the segments a bit. Freeze 1 hour. Stir, breaking up more segments. Refreeze. |
