Swiss Steak

3 to 4 lb. round steak
Flour for flouring meat
1 can stewing tomatoes
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 onions, sliced

Cut steak into serving-size pieces; tenderize.

Combine 2 tablespoons flour with stewed tomatoes. Set aside.

Flour meat and lightly brown in medium skillet with small amount of oil. Layer steak pieces, onions and stewed tomatoes in crockpot. Cook 6 to 7 hours on LOW or 3 to 3 1/2 hours on HIGH.
