Mexican Dip

1 pound Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 pound ground beef
1 (14 ounce) jar chunky salsa

Put cheese and salsa in crockpot on LOW.

Brown and drain ground beef. Add to crockpot. Heat for 1 hour.

Mix the ingredients in the crockpot, then cook for 1 more hour.

Pass the tortilla chips.
