1 1/2 pounds stew meat
4 potatoes, unpeeled and cubed
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (28 ounce) can barbecue baked beans
Mix meat, potatoes, onion, and salt and pepper in crockpot. Cover with beans. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
