Pork Roast with Sweet potatoes

1 (3 to 4 pound) pork loin roast
2 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3 to 4 sweet potatoes
Salt and pepper

Brush pork roast with Kitchen Bouquet. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Place sweet potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Put roast on top of potatoes. Cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours.
