The chops come out moist and flavorful.
4 to 6 pork chops (boneless best)
1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth
1 package dry onion soup mix (I love Lipton's)
Place pork chops in crockpot. Mix broth and soup mix; pour over chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
NOTE: I use the leftover broth/juices to make pasta as the side dish for the chops.
