1 small bottle French dressing
1 to 1 1/2 cups water
1 (3 to 4 pound) lean pot roast
Mix together dressing and water. Pour pot roast in crockpot. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Leftovers make good barbecue sandwiches.
