4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans mushroom pieces and stems, drained
6 carrots, scraped and chopped into bite-size pieces
Put some of the carrots into bottom of crockpot. Layer chicken, mushroom soup and carrots the rest of the way up. Add salt and pepper sparingly on each layer. Cook on LOW all day or all night, at least 8 to 10 hours.
Serve over either hot rice or pasta.
