1 package boneless chicken thighs
2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 can peas, drained
1 can corn, drained
Medium egg noodles (optional)
Remove skin from chicken; rinse. Combine chicken, undiluted soup, peas and corn in a crockpot. Set to LOW and cook all day.
Variation: Prepare egg noodles according to package directions and combine with cooked chicken.
