1 (4 pound) beef chuck roast
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
Salt and pepper
2 tomatoes, chopped
Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and then dry spaghetti seasoning mix. Place in crockpot. Top with chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours or until meat is tender.
Slice and serve over hot spaghetti; spoon sauce over all.
Makes 6 to 7 servings.
