1 (3 to 6 pound) beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 soup cans water
1 medium onion
3 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet
Salt, as desired
Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until beef is tender.
Beat 2 tablespoons flour into 1/2 cup water. Remove juice from roast and mix with flour mixture; bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour over roast in crockpot and simmer.
