1 (18.25 ounce) box lemon cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
Mix cake mix, 1 egg and melted butter. Press into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs and confectioners' sugar together for 5 minutes and pour over crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely and cut into squares.
NOTE: Strawberry or other flavored cake mix can be substituted for lemon.
