Cookie Icing

1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 1/2 teaspoons butter flavoring
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
4 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
1 1/2 cups water, divided

Cream butter in a mixer on high speed. Add both flavorings. Add half of the confectioners' sugar and half of the water (3/4 cup). Mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix until it reaches a good consistency.

Use on top of any cookie you desire.
