Cream Cheese Cookies

1 pound cream cheese, softened
1 pound butter, softened
1 pound all-purpose flour, sifted
1 cup favorite filling or preserves

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine the cream cheese with butter and flour. Knead the dough. Roll out dough on a floured board to 1/8 thickness. Cut into 2 1/2-inch squares. Place 1/4 teaspoon filling on each square. Fold the corners over, and seal together.

Place on a buttered and floured cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

Makes 8 dozen.
