Your parents must help you with this one!

1 can refrigerator biscuits
Jelly or jam
Vegetable oil
Confectioners’ sugar
Cinnamon (optional)

Flatten each biscuit. Place 1/2 teaspoon jelly in center of biscuit. Fold over and seal edges with fork. Fry in heated oil. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, if desired.
