Easy Cheesy Pork Casserole

Submitted to RecipesToGo by Margee Lee from the West Coast

This is a super simple casserole that is moist and delicious. Makes an impressive meal when served with something light like a green salad. People will think you slaved!!

4 to 6 pork chops (boneless best)
2 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer potatoes on bottom of baking dish, trying to keep to single layer, but double layer is okay, too. Lay pork chops on top of potatoes.

In small bowl, blend the two soups together. Pour over pork chops, trying to cover them evenly with mixture. Bake for 1 hour.
