Creamed Corn Casserole5 cans creamed corn Mix eggs and milk. Pour into a very large casserole dish. Add creamed corn and 3/4 of the bread crumbs. Stir well. Top with other 1/4 of bread crumbs and dot with lots of butter chunks. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours. Check periodically so that it does not dry out. |
