Busy Day Casserole

1 pound ground beef
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Crumble beef into a 3-quart casserole. Microwave on full power for 4 to 5 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink. Stir halfway through cooking time and rotate dish if needed.

Drain beef. Mix in sauce, water and macaroni. Cook, covered, at full power for 12 to 14 minutes, stirring halfway through. Cook until macaroni is tender. Sprinkle cheese on top. Let stand covered for 4 to 6 minutes before serving.
