Pork and Potato Scallop4 pork chops Fry pork chops until brown; set aside. In a small bowl; combine soup, sour cream, water and parsley. Alternate layers of potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper and then sauce. Place pork chops on top. Bake in preheated 375 degree F oven for 1 1/4 hours. Makes 4 servings. |
