Chicken and Rice Casserole

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
1 package Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice
1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.

Place chicken in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or pan.

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the soups, rice, seasoning packet and water. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken. Place in the center of preheated oven and bake uncovered for 3 hours.

Yield: 6 servings

NOTE: Pork steak, pork chops or lightly tenderized beef round steak may be substituted for the chicken.
