Peanut Butter Slices

2 potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 pounds confectioners' sugar
Peanut butter

Peel potatoes, then boil until cooked. Drain and mash with butter. Mix in confectioners' sugar. Roll out until very thin. Spread with peanut butter. Roll up and cut into slices.
