2 pounds white chocolate bark or coating
4 cups Cap'n Crunch peanut butter cereal
2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups salted peanuts (without skin)
Blend together cereal, marshmallows and peanuts in a large bowl.
Melt chocolate coating as directed on the package. Pour the chocolate over the cereal mixture and blend thoroughly. Press into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and allow to cool. Cut into squares.
