1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 block baker's chocolate
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place Eagle Brand milk and chocolate in double broiler. Let it melt well. Add water and cook for approximately 5 to 10 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat. Add vanilla extract. Frost cake.
