Milky Way Frosting

1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
7 tablespoons milk
1 Milky Way candy bar

Boil together one minute the brown sugar, flour and milk. Remove from heat and add candy bar. Stir well and spread over cake.
